How quickly can I get one?
We keep the Chill Tubs range in stock in the UK and orders usually ship in 3–5 days.
Do I need ice?
No. Every Chill Tub has a built-in chiller that takes the water as low as 3°C, and heat mode up to 40°C comes as standard.
How do I keep the water clean?
Filtration and ozone run automatically and keep the water clearer for longer. Rinse or swap the filters regularly, check the water with test strips, add Chill Tabs Sanitiser as needed, and change the water periodically. Heavily used tubs, for example in gyms, will need this more often. Don't use hot tub or multifunctional tablets — they can damage the tub and void the warranty.
Can I keep it outdoors?
Yes. All models include an antifreeze function that prevents ice or frost forming.
Will it fit? What about delivery access?
Lite: 1790 × 750 × 755mm, 85kg. Original: 1800 × 730 × 750mm, 125kg. Pro: 2160 × 1350 × 800mm, 220kg. Allow extra clearance around the chiller for airflow and servicing.
What warranty do I get?
Every Chill Tub comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in workmanship and malfunctions under normal use, for both home and commercial use. To keep it valid, register your tub with Chill Tubs within 7 days of installation (we'll help you with this), maintain the filters, and use only Chill Tabs Sanitiser, as hot tub or multifunctional tablets invalidate the warranty.
What is the 7-Day Uptime Guarantee?
It's an exclusive I-Sense aftercare commitment, included free on Chill Tubs bought directly from us on or after 1 November 2026. If a qualifying chiller failure covered under warranty happens within two years of delivery, we respond within one working day and restore normal chiller operation within seven working days of your fault report. In the unlikely event of a chiller failure covered under warranty, we guarantee to have your ice bath repaired and fully operational again within seven working days of reporting the fault.
Unlike retailers who rely entirely on manufacturer support, we have our own experienced engineers, dedicated technical support and replacement chillers held in stock, allowing us to resolve issues quickly without lengthy delays.
